Acceptable Use
Policy (AUP)
This policy defines the standards of behavior for all users of the TrustCall PBX network. Use of our services constitutes automatic agreement to these terms.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following will result in criminal reporting where applicable.
Vishing & Scams
Impersonating banks, government agencies, or tech support to defraud users.
Illegal Robocalls
Sending automated voice recordings without express prior written consent.
Caller ID Spoofing
Manipulating CLI to display misleading or fraudulent originating numbers.
DNC Violations
Calling numbers registered on National Do-Not-Call (DNC) or TPS registries.
Harassment
Using our network for stalking, threatening, or repeated unwanted communication.
Toll Fraud
Technical attempts to bypass carrier billing or manipulate SIP header routing.
Phishing
Sending links or prompts via voice/SMS to capture login credentials or PII.
Traffic Pumping
Artificially inflating call volumes to manipulate interconnect reimbursement.
Report a Violation
If you have received a call originating from our network that violates this AUP, please submit a report immediately.
