Terms of Service - Common Queries

Only if you have explicit, recorded prior consent from the recipients. Unsolicited robocalling is a violation of these terms and results in immediate ban.

You are responsible for all calls made through your credentials. We provide IP-ACL tools to prevent this; failure to use them is at the user's risk.

Refunds are only issued for technical billing errors. Refunds are never issued for accounts suspended due to AUP or Terms violations.
